I am saying that divesting Gleki of those powers is a part of moving
control on contents and the administrationship from Gleki to LLG.
It is not a kind of targeting Gleki for his abuse of the power. His
abuse of the power is only a motivation of my motion. The motion
itself does not regard the deprivation as punishment.
