Some confirmation of the information of "organization account".

I confirmed that the organization account itself is free of charge,
and only the private repositories are paid.

I have just converted a Japanese Lojban group, which was a personal
account, to organization account:
https://github.com/ponjbogri
Please let me know if you want to join the Japanese Lojban Group: I
will invite you to the organization account, then you will see how the
organization account works.
Notes:
-  I invited all the contributors to the repositories of the former
personal account of "ponjbogri".
- When it was a personal account, it had a repository forked from a
private repository of a person, but that was removed when the account
was converted to the organization account (I'm keeping the back up,
and I will consult the owner of the original repository for measures.)
It is natural because the fees for private repositories are different
between personal account and organization account.
