Parliamentarian here.  There is no specific legal answer: we can do what we
like.

In my opinion, we should follow the lead of the Free Software Foundation,
which approves translations of its licenses if they do not replace but only
supplement the English version in the text, and if they are prefixed by
something like this (in both English and the target language):

This is an unofficial translation of the following LLG permission notice
into <target language>. It was not published by the Logical Language Group,
and does not legally state the distribution terms for this book =E2=80=94 o=
nly the
original English text of the permission notice does that. However, we hope
that this translation will help <target language> speakers understand the
permission notice better.
