I can only reiterate my earlier proposal: "one or several persons create
actual content and a website and LLG members vote for it to become
official". I can help with making a website but not much with the content.
My proposal does not contradict guskant's proposal in that my proposal also
implies having a new website. My proposal diffes from guskant's proposal
that I require first creating content and only then vote for approval of
such content. This is because just approving of a new website will likely
result in no activity. There needs to be Someone who will comply to the
LLG's demand to create such content. And I haven't yet seen anyone to agree
to volunteer to write content that should be approved and/or disucssed for
amendments.
