I suggest that Tommy Whitlock is not interested in whether he is on the board, because he is absent. As a Founder, he wouldn't want his absence to obstruct LLG business. If an inactive person is not removed, would this make it more difficult to acheive a majority vote, or some effect like that? If so, I recommend he be removed. -Matt Arnold
