No, by explaining the intersection of the two varieties. I'm not saying this can be done easily (and maybe not at all), but IMHO it's worth looking at. The preference for lo over le is just that, a preference; I probably won't adopt it even if/when xorlo becomes official semantics. (Any more than I'm going to adopt "Andamaniac" Lojban, where instead of "mi klama le zarci" you say "klama be fa mi bei fe le zarci ku be'o".) -- Don't be so humble. You're not that great.
