In an email I just got yesterday, he seems not to recall having resigned (though I know he did) and his wording suggests that he may want back in. Given the irregularities of the meeting, I would be willing to support a motion making him a member again, effective upon his explicit expression of desire, whether or not that expression comes before the meeting ends. I don't really like this, since new members were explicitly relegated to before the Board election by bylaw amendment, but since I still don't actually know where we are in the meeting, and am dealing with a personal crisis, I'm not going to push anything. > Two issues: > > * Election of the Board > Bob, any comments, or alternate nominations?
