If it is given the definition in the title (and it functions like any old= =20 PA), then it could be a way of writing modular arithmetic. For example, you= =20 could have: {li xo'e vo pi'i xo'e ci du li xo'e no ju'u xa}, if the {ju'u= =20 xa} is assumed to refer to all numbers in the equation.
