In short: yes, and it's the same procedure you already kno= w.

Lujvo are made of rafsi, so getting the rafsi is not a problem. I= n the simple case, you can just glom the lujvo together. Consider the lujvo= {jungau} =3D "to tell/make known". Now let's make a lujvo for a person who= does that -- maybe it means a town crier, or an incorrigible gossip. So th= is will be a lujvo from {jungau prenu}. All we have to do is choose a rafsi= for {prenu} and stick them together: {jungaupre}. (Or {jungauprenu}, or {d= junygaupre}, etc... by definition they are all the same word.)

Poten= tial complications:
- When making long tanru, you put in {ke ... ke'e} a= s necessary to get the grouping right. These will sometimes show up in long= lujvo as well.
- You have to watch out for tosmabru. But you have to do= that when making lujvo out of gismu anyway.

(ta'o there is apparent= ly already a lujvo for DNA, and it's made from gismu: {ginxu'i}, from {jgin= a xukmi}.)

Lojban allows on to make lujvo from pre-existing c= mavo, and gismu.
For the sake of cognitive efficiency, is there a way t= o make new lujvo from cmavo, gismu and
pre-existing lujvo?  = I do not think this is allowed, since we do not know the rafsi for the newl= y
created lujvo.

For example, suppose I = wish to create deoxyribonucleic acid lujvo.
First creat= e lujvo for an acid (chemistry), then an OH group (organic chemistry), then= nucleotide (biology), ...
you get the idea.
Now, combi= ne these lujvo results into a new lujvo.
I could generalize&= nbsp;this procedure to mathematics, electrical engineering, theater, a= nd so on.
Thanks.
