Which words do you consider silly?
a fu'ivla for "Bella Coola" language can be named silly but this language
was discussed by Lojbanists in past.

May be you should rely on frequency wordlist? Then at which point you will
stop counting words?
How many words are there in English? How many of them are silly?

That seem like a fair estimate? I'm just wanted to mention the approximate
