Okay, sorry for not explaining but I'm trying to fill = all places with LE-sumti, i.e. not with LA-sumti and not with pro-sumti.
I understand that sometimes it's not possible.
Can you replace {la mertru} with {lo mertru}?
If yes, jbovlast= e says it's a government of the US whereas it should be "a governo= r of the US". However, if you think that turni1 is a government, i.e. = a system then it makes sense but then=C2=A0
{naku lo prenu ka'= ;e turni} logically because {naku lo prenu ka'e ciste}.

There are more examples of {bilni} in lojban mriste but = its x3 is never filled.

bilni =3D x1 is military/r= egimented/is strongly organized/prepared by system x2 for purpose x3.
=

It has a place structure different from = {girzu} and I dont know how to use it.
Is bilni1 a soldier or an = army?
I need either an example with all places filled or I'll= just ignore this word.
