It might be due to fact, that my English is not good enough. x1 is a town/city of metropolitan area x2, in political unit x3, serving hinterland/region x4 {la berlin. tcadu} - Berlin is a city. No problem so far, but what are x2, x3 and x4 here? Could you give an example? mu'o mi'e .iens.
