Ah, that looks like an excellent idea. The three forbidden syllables in cmevla seem a rather awkward restriction, much more arbitrary than the rest of the morphology, and the discussion you pointed at shows that it's turned out to be difficult to apply correctly in practice. Difficult for many to fully understand, even. Mandatory /./ at the beginning of cmevla will be *much* easier to get right. -zefram
