You need to use the import functionality. I honestly don't remember the details, but let me search the list (because I knew at one point). Ah, here it is: After downloading it, get the data file http://www.digitalkingdom.org/~rlpowell/hobbies/lojban/flashcards/big_list_supermemo_win.txt and save it to your hard drive as "memo.txt" (because the old version doesn't like long file names). Then run SuperMemo, create a new database, choose Options -> Go Professional and then Tools -> Import Text and tell it to import memo.txt.
