If you want to build lujvo, you should read http://www.lojban.org/publications/reference_grammar/chapter4.html#s5 and also chapter 12 of the reference grammar: http://www.lojban.org/publications/reference_grammar/chapter12.html Note that lujvo-making is somewhat of a black art, and should be deferred until you are absolutely certain that you need it.
