Then before I knew it I was having visions of a press somewhere= =20 starting up to churn out a lone copy of the book just for me, or perhaps=20 brown-robed hooded figures transcribing one by hand. The mysteries of=20 processing time set the imagination running. Again, though, thanks for=20 restoring my confidence and for allowing me to think of myself as an=20 asked-already kind of person. The processing t= ime is often some weeks.  I have sent mail to the
guy who does fulfilment (for free), so consider yourself as having
a= lready asked.  :-)
