Yes, but it probably doesn't mean what you intend -- you're missing a {ku}<= br>or a {cu}.
 
So, it is legal, but not right anyway.

Without the {cu} or {ku}, there is no bridi, and you have one big sumti
= composed of {le} + a tanru formed from {nu cusku lu coi li'u kei} and {terinsa}.
