No, not if stress is marked.

But you have to mark either word breaks or stress or you can't parse streams
of sounds into words.

If you do leave out both kinds of marks, then theoretically, there are
ambiguous strings (e.g. {.IgluzbAsu} "igloo making" vs {.igluzbAsu} "<new
sentence> glovemaking"). But those violate Lojban's rules of spelling -- the
string {igluzbasu}, without spaces or stress marks, is accented on the
penultimate syllable is two words, {.i} and {gluzbasu}.
