It is not forbidden, and anything not forbidden is allowed. :)

Not necessarily, right. But even if I use {camgusmis} a second
time I'm not necessarily talking about the same camgusmis as
before either, just very likely. For a name to fulfill its function, the
listener has to be able to figure out who you mean, either because
they already know who the name refers to, or because they can
figure it out by some other means. But no name form has a fixed
referent independent of the contexts in which it is used.

That's right, it does not have a strict meaning other than whatever
indirect connotations it may inspire in the users. It is not like
saying {la xorxes noi dirba} or something like that.

With cmevla, stress is not needed for disambiguation, so it
doesn't matter much. The place of the stress does not change
the name. Personally, I prefer to always keep penultimate stress.
(BTW, in Spanish, the stress also changes when going from
"jOrge" to "jorgIto".)
