The question is whether the prenex is of the inner bridi ({mi citka ro da}), or of the outer bridi ({mi kakne lo nu...kei})? In other words, does [1] mean "For every X I am able to eat X" (or simply "I can eat anything") or "I am able to (eat every X)" (or simply "I can eat everything [at once]")? mi'e .ianis.
