What you cannot do is put a final stress on a cmavo that is followed immediately by an UNSTRESSED syllable of a brivla, unless you put a pause between them. Otherwise {MU pliVALsi} becomes {mupli valsi}, for example. Other than that restriction on cmavo, they can be freely stessed.
