It seems vaguely interesting. I definately like the idea of single-syllable words. The really serious problem is that Lojsk is going to be even more sensitive to noisy environments than Lojban is, if that's possible. The n/6 distinction seems ill-advised, to start with. I note that eir solution to cmene is broken: http://www.netgotham.com/lojsk_cmen.html. Ey can't have cmen with cm_ or tlan in them, but ey doesn't seem to have noticed this. > http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/3141/voksigid.html Woefully underspecified, and probably requires quite a few more syllables than Lojban. http://www.geocities.com/CapitolHill/3141/vs.html 5. Neither definite nor indefinite articles will be necessary. Each preposition will delimit a noun phrase, since all prepositional phrases can be analyzed as a preposition, an object-of-preposition noun, and zero or more nouns-used-as- adjectives. Umm. What? The use of prepositions does *not* solve the definite/indefinite problem, let alone the realis problem. -Robin -- http://www.digitalkingdom.org/~rlpowell/ *** http://www.lojban.org/ Reason #237 To Learn Lojban: "Homonyms: Their Grate!"
