Go ahead, there is plenty of choice here. Just make sure the image is not encumbered by copyright. Taking a photo yourself should be fine. > What about gismu that have broad definitions? Let's concentrate on those with a narrow depicturable meaning first. The aim is not to cover the entire gismu list. In some cases, it may be appropriate to choose a stereotypical example for a broader meaning, such as an image of a finger for ``degji'' (which can also mean ``toe'' or even ``peninsula''). > What about usage examples? For example, tivni (a building with lots > of antennaes), se tivni (A newscast screenshot), te tivni (I don't > know), ve tivni (TV set)? No, let's keep it simple. This is similar to the case of ``cadri'' mentioned on the Talk page. It would be best to show a TV set and use ``ve tivni'' as the caption. A picture wordlist simply cannot aim to explain place structures. The hypothetical Martian learning Lojban on Wikipedia will still have to study the corpus of Lojban literature to figure out how the gismu are used in practice. mu'o mi'e mublin.
