I am teaching myself Lojban through the ptolemy.tlg.uci.edu lessons, and I like them, but I ran into trouble in the "Numbers and articles" section. At the end it gives exercises to test one's knowledge of whether a subject is mass or individual, and no matter how I looked at it, the answers didn't make sense to me.
Could someone give me another, easier to understand explanation of mass vs. individual articles?
