Right, translating idiomatic phrases literally usually doesn't make much sense. How does one copulate with oneself, and why would asking someone to do that show that you are angry? > Attitudinals all the way. Unless you really want to insult them, in which case you can go with something really insulting. Playing with taboos often works, so you might say: ko gletu le do mamta/mensi/patfu/mamymamta/gerku Or you might try something scatological: ko citka lo kalci be lo kumte ko pinxe lo pinca be lo pinpedi Blasphemy can also be effective, but you need to know what things the person holds sacred. {lo censa be do cu mabla} might be too generic.
