The Lojban word refers to an implement with a certain function, namely= a lever of sorts, if I remember the conversation right.  It's only= the English which distinguishes between the two.  So, while one woul= dn't use the same kind of implement for the two purposes, in Lojban they= are two kinds of the same implement, while in English they are different= kinds of implement.
