The convention seems to be to use a relative clause (NOI) instead, but i'm not sure whether "la .elizabet. noi remoi fetnolraitru" or "la .elizabet. noi fetnolraitru remoi" accurately translates "Queen Elizabeth II", which does not refer so much to Elizabeth who is a second queen as to the second Elizabeth who is a queen. mu'o mi'e tijlan
