It would be hardly justifiable to borrow {prenrludu} for "x1 is the person Ned Lud". The suffix -ite in this case means follower or adherent. Follower of Lud, or adherent of Luddism. I don't think this should be borrowed as "ait" in Lojban. {lo selyli'e be la'o zoi Lud zoi}. But {selyli'e} can't be used as a fu'ivla classifier...
