American Sign Language is after all not just signed American English but a language in its own right. With this in mind, the question should not be "Is there a sign language version of Lojban", but "Is there a sign language based on the same principles as lojban, i.e. predicate logic, cultural neutrality, etc.". A fairly strict correspondence between the two would IMHO not be a primary design goal of such a sign language, at least not in areas such as phonology and syntax. Building something with a similar grammatical structure would possibly be doable, but I am not aware of any such effort.
