No. You can read and learn all you want from day 1. If someone deems
that something is not suitable for you, don't pay any attention to them.
A different matter is if you ask for suggestions for a good place to start,
then sure there is material that is more introductory and material that
is more advanced. But all the material is aways available for everyone
and in the end only you can decide what suits you best.
