Michael, People are not willing to take part in schedule management, especially when they are volunteers and they can really take it or leave it. That's why schedule management software fails. I've been scheduling meetings in volunteer organizations and get-togethers in noncommitted casual social groups every week or every month for years, and I've learned that the solution doesn't just need technology, it needs psychology.
