Most of the rafsi are also cmavo.  Rafsi and cmavo are used in tota= lly different environments, rafsi always (and only) as elements of a lujvo,=20= and cmavo never as elements of a lujvo (unless the rafsi of the cmavo is the= same).  Some cmavo have rafsi, but the rafsi do not always have the sa= me form as their cmavo.
