In your case, {va jvinu fe vi} doesn't parse. If you are in IRC chat, makfa will work as well. About the way to say it, being lojban a "logical" language, I think that the first thing would be to better understand what you want to express. Do you mean "(what you see there) is (what can be seen from here)"? This would make sense if you were pointing to a picture on the wall that represents exactly what you would have seen from the place you are, if you had looked out of the window. Or does it mean "the view I described earlier, is the one from here"? I think once the exact meaning would have been cleared, translation might become easier. mi'e remod.
