For some quick background, I'm big on interactivity in learning, especially with languages; I find that once you have some basic foundation, just trying to write a few sentences a day in the language is a good way to improve while still having some fun. I've done this a few times, but this time I think I've gotten a bit stuck. In this case, the school that my friend, whom I'll call "Cat", attends is closing down. My first attempt at translating this was: le la mlatus. ckule cu se ganlo When I went back and re-translated this, I got more or less "Cat's school is prevented access to". (The poor English being needed to keep "Cat's school" in the subject, as far as I can see.) This isn't quite right, though; her school is a place, but it is also an organization, one which will not continue to exist after it closes down. And I don't easily see a way to describe this idea. Do you all have any ideas? Latro --001636c5986fa6e688047f080c39 Content-Type: text/html; charset=ISO-8859-1 Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi,

This is my first time posting here, and I think my question is f= airly simple. For some quick background, I'm big on interactivity in le= arning, especially with languages; I find that once you have some basic fou= ndation, just trying to write a few sentences a day in the language is a go= od way to improve while still having some fun. I've done this a few tim= es, but this time I think I've gotten a bit stuck.

In this case, the school that my friend, whom I'll call "Cat&q= uot;, attends is closing down. My first attempt at translating this was:le la mlatus. ckule cu se ganlo
When I went back and re-translated this= , I got more or less "Cat's school is prevented access to". (= The poor English being needed to keep "Cat's school" in the s= ubject, as far as I can see.)=A0 This isn't quite right, though; her sc= hool is a place, but it is also an organization, one which will not continu= e to exist after it closes down. And I don't easily see a way to descri= be this idea. Do you all have any ideas?
