Is there no hope of fixing these exceptions? "y" doesn't count, but fu'ivla can't contain &q= uot;y" anyway.

The "5 letter" rule is not very reliable in any case. Some fu'= ;ivla
don't have a CC in the first 5 letters, and some sequences with a CC in the first five letters are not brivla.
