In the CLL it says that a selbri on it's own is an observative. So {sisti} could be translated as "someone is stopping" in a way similar to when people say "car!". That being said, if leaving a space out implies {zo'e} and {zo'e} can be replaced by anything, I wonder why you can't let context decide that {sisti} -> {zo'e sisti} -> {ko sisti}.
