ambiguities). Vagueness is continuous. (this is in terminology as used in
linguistics.) Vagueness is inescapable and often desirable. Lojban is not
ambiguous, and that is once of its chief attractions, since the range of
occasions when we actually want time-flies-like-an-arrow or
someone-loves-everyone ambiguity (e.g. poetry) is much smaller than the
range of occasions when we want to avoid it.
