No, not either or, both. That button needs to be there for devices which
don't have keys, and for people that aren't computer savvy and don't know
keyboard shortcuts.

On a computer, which has a keyboard, pressing the enter key is faster and
easier than pressing the button.

On a touch device such as a smart phone or tablet, the reverse is usually
true.
