Yes, it is possible to say/write Lojban bridi in the such a= way as to act like it's an SOV language. Or an OSV one, or a VSO one, = or any other word order. But Lojban doesn't have /verbs/, so it would o= nly be /appearing/ to be such-it wouldn't actually be.
I know Lojban's word is=A0virtually unconstrained (or really, have= n't reached that level yet).
