In general I think having a sneeze ritual at all may be a touch on the
malgli side, since all of them involve showing a concern for the
person's well-being that is expressed out of societal obligation
rather than a genuine fear that their sneeze indicates a major health
problem.

But when the goal is to have something to say to expose a baby to lots
of language, you respond to the sneeze, as you respond to everything
else the baby does. I like "senci" for that purpose.
