Sounds right to me. The sound occurs in Spanish (which doesn't di= stinguish it
from [h]; both original "h" and "h" derived from "= f" are silent), Russian
(which has [h] as an allophone of /g/ so Russians go to the gospital), and<= br> Arabic (which distinguishes it from both /h/ and /=CF=87/). Hindi has
aspirated "k" instead, and I don't know about Chinese.

By the way, "Blech" is German for "sheet metal". Recycl= e bins have a
compartment for Wei=C3=9Fblechdosen (tin cans).
