Hi,

Considering that the internet is = one of the things we discuss most
in Lojban (second only to gramm= ar and semantics), it's remarkable
that we still have no brivla m= eaning "the web".

After some discussion on IRC, he= re's a proposal:

I suggest we define the fu'ivla {= uebre} for "the web", with the same
place structure as {kibr= o} (i.e. "x1 pertains to the web in aspect x2").

(I expect it to be used mostly as = a seltau, e.g. {uebre sampla}, etc.)

Thoughts? Bet= ter suggestions?
