Possible differences are: *"nalviska" implies having eyes but being unable to see, or having no sight but other senses, whereas "narviska" means simply not seeing. So I'd describe a table as "narviska", but not "nalviska". *If "nar-" is followed by more than one rafsi, it negates the whole following string of rafsi, whereas if "nal-" is followed by more than one rafsi, it negates just the next one, or just the seltau.
