Please correct me if I am wrong. 1) Typesetting, and for that matter orthography altogether, are separate from grammar. For example, in English, bullet points and numbered lists (like this one) are not a question of grammar. 2) Further, the term "audio-visual isomorphism" is misleading. Regardless of what we decide about whether, or rather, in what way it is correct, it is at the very least misleading. My opinion about point 2: I think it could make a wonderful and awesomely mathy discussion to iron out exactly how the term does or does not apply. But the term is misleading and confusing and probably not a discussion the average beginner should be thrown into without warning.
