Is this a known valuable step? I've been dealing with MediaWiki-targeted sp=
am over three wikis, and in my experience the current batch of spambots *ne=
ver* reuse an account. I can see deleting/disabling/marking accounts for cl=
eanup purposes, but I don't see that preventing logins actually helps.
