ed as if there are some criteria, most likely derived from http://meta.wiki=
media.org/wiki/Closing_projects_policy , that could be met to keep it.  I d=
oubt random people adding "ohai, i luvs ur pages, plz keepz xxx" would suff=
ice ;-)
