Regarding the state of most things, especially the website, the problem is 
that we simply don't have the man-hours to improve anything. We're focused 
on so much else that it's at the bottom of our list on things to do with 
what resources we have. There are *thousands* of pages on the tiki and 
eventually somebody (qualified enough to judge) will have to clean it up. 
However, we simply don't have enough people to allocate time to that.
