Obviously the Cyrillic alphabet is not limited to that culture/area/whateve= r. On the other hand, the Latin alphabet is not limited to Latin -- is it {= latmo} though? I don't know.

(Even more off topic: I don't get {lo'a}. How can it (or could it, = if it were used) shift to the Lojban *slash* Latin alphabet? Do we not pret= end that they are not necessarily the same thing? Does {lo'a} shift to = Cyrillic in a Cyrillic Lojban text?)
