I prefer the brevity of xu do se lojbau. Maybe include both and a little co=
mparison?=20

Early units in Pimsleur often spend a lot of time comparing what happens wh=
en addressing men versus women and making statements versus asking question=
s because most languages make distinctions there. Lojban doesn't have these=
 complications. I'm inclined to respond by making the lessons shorter but t=
he alternatives, such as including more supporting material or simply cover=
ing more material per lesson, should be considered.

I'm not really in a position to argue it, but I'll note respectfully that t=
he reference grammar shows this:

The presence of GOhA there suggests to me that "go'i" can appear in a tanru=
 unit, and that the meaning would be exactly that suggested by the tanru al=
gorithm in the book, so "milxe go'i" would mean "weak type-of (previous bri=
di)" or "yes, weakly," which seems (to me) like what would be implied in En=
glish by "a little."
