That's a rather limited view of propaganda. It's about winning hearts
and minds. If you restrict recruiting efforts to the domain of logical
appeals you'll only get minds. People like cool things. Lojban is
cool. It's worth putting the two together so people make the
connection.

What you're saying here is:

  - Learn! Teach! Translate! List words! C.L.L.
  - We must act for the strength of Lojban
  - Action is most important
  - Every Lojbanist is obliged

Is that right? Not clear on the beginning but it sounds good to me.
